Enable import/export to flotiq-cli

  1. Include the package prepared as part of the flotiq-cli dependency

  2. Add the commands to launch the package: flotiq export-xlsx [target] [apikey] ...list of flags corresponding to exporter package options... flotiq import-xlsx [source] [apikey] ...list of flags corresponding to importer package options...

  3. Update the readme
